Blanche Penn is a mother, a activist, leader as well as a mother, actress and a PTA president for local schools as well as for the CMS District Council of P.T.A. Married 30 years to Felix A. Penn. She has four children, Petronila, Felix II, Jasmin & Rafael, along with five grandchildren. A child needs direction and when the direction is clear, the child will succeed.
